COLLABORATIVE ECONOMY

On October 23, 2018, I saw a fragment of a report on the collaborative economy in the training and career orientation class, with which I could learn a new philosophy, the exchange of one service for another without needing to pay anything, better known as barter. Bartering is a practice that has existed since the Neolithic period, approximately 10,000 years ago, with the appearance of the farming-livestock society. Bartering continued to work with more and less force over the years, until now. With the report I understood that you have to do something valuable for another person, and that thanks to new technologies you can offer what you do to many more people.

The companies of the nineteenth century are based on capital and to be able to develop any activity, capital is needed. While 21st century companies are based on talent.

In the 19th century, talent was bought with capital, and in the 21st century, with talent, capital was obtained.
